Bubba Watson is using a jetpack to fly around the golf course

July 18th, 2016

I like golf, but I’m not going to lie: It would be infinitely more fun if I could fly around the course in a jetpack while I play. Enter Bubba Watson. Apparently having grown bored with his hovercraft… …the two-time Masters champ joined with his sponsor Oakley to create something new: A jetpack, which he’s now using to zip around the golf course, as you can see in the video above. Yangervis Solarte makes an outstanding catch, gets covered in nachos

July 16th, 2016

Not only did Padres infielder Yangervis Solarte put his body on the line to make this catch, he also sacrificed some poor, unsuspecting fans’ nachos. After Ángel Pagán hit a fouled ball with the Giants losing 4-1 in the ninth inning, Solarte chased down the ball marvelously and dived headfirst into the crowd trying to make the catch. He disappeared for a moment, but returned with the ball completely covered in nacho cheese, and with cheese all over his glove and some on his pants, too. Your browser does not support iframes. Bubba Watson hooked a drive so much that it flew over some train tracks

July 15th, 2016

Personally, I can’t help but love watching Bubba Watson play golf. He hits the ball crazy far and with so much shape on it, but he doesn’t always have the best control over his shots. He showed the pitfalls of his strategy on his 11th hole on Friday at the British Open. During his second round, he hooked a drive so much that it flew over the rough, off the course and over some nearby train tracks.
